Where We Ship From
All Capitola Rugs orders are handcrafted and shipped from India. Because of the international distance, please allow additional transit time compared to domestic deliveries. We appreciate your patience — great rugs are worth the wait.

Estimated Transit Times by Region
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery windows are:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- European Union: 5–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 5–8 business days
- Other international destinations: 5–10 business days

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Since all orders ship internationally from India, they may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are paid by us. So that you don't have to worry too much.
